Hearing Aids Batteries
Hearing aid batteries are color coded according to size. Size 10, yellow; Size 13, orange; Size 312 brown; Size 675 blue. Each has a tab on the back of it. When you pull this tab off, it activates the battery.
Batteries will typically last longer in an analog hearing aid than a digital one, simply because digital hearing aids require more power due to their more complicated circuits. Batteries typically last between 5 and 7 days. Batteries, with the tab intact, have a shelf life of about 3 years.
